Welcome back to The Beyond Condition Podcast for a solo episode based on a conversation I had about communicating Neurodiversity. It really hit home how hard it can be to communicate how you think, feel and act. Being able to think outside the box could help your relationships and the ability to express your true authentic self. Today's episode explores...

'Is there ways I can communicate my Neurodiversity'

When we consider the spectrum of neurodiversity it can feel hard to understand where our own brains fit within that.
When searching for ‘answers’ perhaps you find yourself looking at symptoms/ effects of ADHD, Autism and other considerations that could help you understand more.
We are all unique individuals, and as mentioned in the episode, I hope that exploring how we can communicate more effectively may help.

I hope you enjoy listening and as always I thank you for your support.
