In this episode on gratitude, my guest, Erica Morel, and I discuss Rhonda Byrne's book, The Magic, which is one book in her The Secret Series.

Erica has read The Magic many times and has implemented a permanent gratitude practice in her life, which she attributes to living a better life.

Erica and I discuss how following the recommended practices that this book suggests you do, you can shift your energy and vibe from a lower emotional state to a higher, more pleasurable frequency.

When you live with gratitude, life expands. Being in a higher emotional state from gratitude not only makes you feel better, but you attract more of what you are grateful for into your life. This is a secret in manifestation. This state feels lighter, more peaceful, fulfilling, and you realize you already have so much.

You switch from being in lack to being blessed. You switch from being in lack to having enough. You switch from feeling "not enough" to feeling fulfilled.

Other points to note:

- Lower energies that comes from judgement and criticism, though sometimes seemingly meaningless, they are costly.

- Reading this book and doing the recommended practices requires consistency, discipline, and commitment, all which change your life for the better.

- Happiness in an inside job and being grateful for what you have is a great place to start.

- Gratitude renews your spirit and is a path back to joy.

- Live in awe and appreciation.

- and so much more.

Besides discussing her gratitude practice, Erica gets deeply personal and brings her unique life stories and gratitude together to result in this powerful episode.
