Hello my friends, Dr. Deb here —your favorite dietitian and doctor of clinical nutrition and today we’re diving into a supplement that has been hiding in plain sight for decades. In fact, I went to a special session on it back in 1995 at the National Institute of Health in its’ new area of interest- sports nutrition.
