Every time you put something off, you are essentially choosing to avoid putting yourself in that position. Your duty is to do the action, put yourself in a position, and let it happen. You are choosing to position yourself for something else because you are always putting yourself in a position to receive. What are you setting yourself to receive, and how are you changing your behavior or approach if you don't like what you've been receiving? Our decisions lead to an easy life, yet simple choices lead to a painful existence. To know more about this, tune in to this episode and enjoy!

“Having discipline to do the action, to do the hard choice today, to build that easy life tomorrow is completely different than having to give 100% every time.”

  • Discipline requires giving up instant gratification

  • Why we are so critical of ourselves?

  • What does it look like to balance discipline and action?
