Akkermansia – a next generation beneficial strain that is essential for gut health.

While there's no direct link between the bacteria Akkermansia muciniphila and the drug Ozempic, research suggests that Akkermansia may play a role in weight management and metabolic health, similar to how Ozempic and similar drugs work, by influencing gut bacteria and potentially boosting GLP-1 production.
