What if anxiety isn’t a flaw to fix, but a message from your soul, gently reminding you of something you’ve forgotten?

In this deeply personal and spiritual episode, I share my journey from religious conditioning to soul remembrance. Raised Catholic, I share how early teachings about a distant, judgmental God never fully resonated and how a quiet inner voice in high school began to question it all. However, it wasn’t until I read Conversations with God in 2025 that everything shifted. That book offered not only answers but deep confirmation of what my soul had always known: God is not separate from us, and we are expressions of the Divine.

I explore the powerful truth that we are here not to be tested, but to remember who we really are. I explain how anxiety often arises when we forget this, when we live disconnected from our essence, from Source, and our inner knowing.

This episode invites you to reflect on the beliefs you’ve inherited, to question what no longer aligns, and to begin returning to the truth within. Through my story, you’ll begin to see anxiety not as an enemy, but as a sacred signal, calling you back home to your soul.

If you’ve ever felt spiritually out of sync, questioned what you were taught about God, or sensed that your anxiety was more than just stress, this episode is for you.
