Christian Sandoval is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Exercise Scientist with credentials including ISSA Master Trainer, Certified Speed and Agility Specialist, StrongFirst Level I Instructor, and Olympic Lifting Instructor, and the Founder and Owner of Total Athlete Training (TAT) in Utah.

Christian's own journey began with a 20-year active-duty career in the U.S. Army. After retiring in 2014, he built TAT from the ground up. Today, it’s more than a business—it’s a performance-driven legacy in motion.

Christian's education includes an AS in Exercise Science, BSBA in Marketing, MS in Organizational Leadership, and an MS in Human Performance.

In this episode, Christian, Sophie and Tara talk about what it takes to be an athlete, the importance of preparation, effective training versus 'marketing', the value of leadership, and the purpose of life!
