If you’re new here, I’m Zac Cupples. I’m a physical therapist and movement coach who’s spent the last 14+ years helping people move better, hurt less, and train smarter. I’ve worked across private practice, professional sports (including the NBA), and online coaching. My specialty is blending biomechanics, pain science, and fitness to help people actually feel and move better. We don’t just chase symptoms here.

Here’s how I got here:

  • Age 25: Earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)

  • Age 26: Completed an orthopedic residency and earned my OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist)

  • Age 27: Started blogging and reviewing over 100+ continuing education courses

  • Age 29: Worked in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies as a team PT and strength coach

  • Age 30: Lead PT, strength coach, nutritionist, and load manager for the Iowa Energy (D-League)

  • Age 31: Launched my online coaching and Human Matrix seminar

  • Age 34: Began working in the cash-pay PT setting

  • Age 36: Opened my own cash-pay PT practice in Las Vegas, NV

Today: I coach clients worldwide to overcome pain, move better, and train smarter—through personalized online coaching, educational courses, mentorship, and in-person therapy. I’ve also built an incredible team of coaches who share the same mission: helping you get real, lasting results without gimmicks, endless drills, or hacks.
