What does it take to let go of fear, reclaim your voice, and step into a life of courage and joy?

In this episode of Let It Go, I sit down with Christine Sadry — a woman whose life story is nothing short of transformational. At just nine years old, Christine left communist Poland alone, stepping into the unknown of America without speaking a word of English. What she thought would be freedom turned into 13 years of silence, isolation, and fear in an adoptive home.

But Christine’s journey didn’t end there. With remarkable resilience, she reclaimed her identity, built a global career with the United Nations, and served on peacekeeping missions that touched countless lives. Along the way, she met the Pope, was held at gunpoint, learned to drive a tanker truck, and found the love of her life.

Christine’s story is a vivid reminder that even in the darkest chapters, hope and resilience are always within reach — and that life has a way of surprising us with connection, courage, and joy when we least expect it.

✨ Tune in to be inspired, encouraged, and reminded that it is always possible to let go and rise again.
