Todd Boffo sits down with Wilson Smith III, described as the Jackie Robinson of design, a trailblazing designer at Nike and the first African American footwear designer in the company’s history. Over a four-decade career, Wilson has collaborated with cultural icons like Michael Jordan, Andre Agassi, Serena Williams, and LeBron James and helped create some of Nike’s most legendary designs, including the Air Jordan 17 and Air More Uptempo.
