Motivation doesn’t have to be a fleeting feeling, we don’t have to wait for it—we can create it and make it a habit. In 3 simple steps, you’ll learn to master motivation for autoimmune health.     • Belief: Believe in what’s possible for your health and habits.
    • Desire: Clarify why you want to feel better and function at your best.

  • As the Latin Proverb states - If there's no wind, row. Motivation can feel like wind at your back, but when the wind dies down, it’s about learning to row.

Your DO of the DAY - start to master motivation by asking what step needs your attention and then take ACTION towards it.

  1. Write down a belief seed you need to plant, nurture, and grow about your ability to be and feel healthy with your diagnosis.
  2. Clarify your desire—why do you want to feel better? Why does it really matter? Why are you here?
  3. Make a commitment today that you know will get you closer.
