The warrior diet originated in 2001/2002 and has merit as an approach somewhere between 18:6 and OMAD but no absolute fasting is required. This lifestyle approach has a goal of strength, vitality and body composition, inspired by early cultures like nomads, hunter-gatherers, Greeks and Romans.
