Ciara Toddington, is a new registered clinical counselor who is passionate about destigmatizing borderline personality disorder (BPD) for her clients and providing dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) in a way that works for them.
Together we discuss what led Ciara to becoming a counsellor, the stigma around BPD in education and clinical settings, and the importance of working to change the narrative.
