Have you ever experienced that magical feeling when everything just clicks? When energy, focus, and joy align perfectly, creating a sense of effortless flow? That's exactly where I am right now, and it feels incredible.
What makes this particularly meaningful is that not long ago, I had resigned myself to a "new normal" of fatigue, brain fog, and discomfort that I attributed to age and hormonal changes. I thought these limitations were simply my fate. The remarkable turnaround I've experienced proves otherwise, and I'm bursting with excitement to share this transformation with you.
My renewed energy is spilling over into every area of my life—from teaching more challenging fitness classes (my poor 6am students can attest to this!) to making significant progress on upcoming retreats, courses, and challenges. Speaking of retreats, I'm thrilled to announce that registration will open soon for experiences that will be more content-rich and transformative than ever before. These fill quickly, so keep an eye on my newsletter for details!
I'm also inviting you to join our April push-up challenge: 11 push-ups daily for 30 days. Inspired by research suggesting women should be able to complete this many proper push-ups, this challenge embraces the "start where you are" philosophy. Whether you're modifying against a counter or alternating between knees and toes, what matters is beginning the process. You'll be amazed at your progress after 30 consistent days.
As we approach my 150th episode milestone next week (with special giveaways planned!), I'm filled with gratitude for this community.
