Feeling stuck in your thoughts and overthinking everything from big decisions to small interactions? You're not alone! Overthinking is one of the most common symptoms of anxiety, especially for women and perfectionists.

In this episode, I'm addressing:

  • What overthinking actually is & what's going on in your brain

  • Why your brain defaults to overthinking at night when you're trying to go to bed

  • 3 techniques to help you practice being present, set limits and uncover what's happening when your mind starts to sprial

Whether you can't sleep at night, replay conversations over and over again, or can’t seem to make decisions without doubting yourself, this episode will give you clarity and real tools to shift the pattern.
