This summer, I slowly crashed out — and I should’ve seen it coming.

In this episode, I’m sharing my experience over the last few months: the manic energy, the anxiety symptoms, the dysregulated nervous system, & all the whispers from my body that I ignored… until it finally forced me to stop.

We’re talking about why nervous system tools like meditation and breathwork are powerful.. but not the whole solution if your life, schedule, and responsibilities are still running you into the ground.

I’ll share the small shifts I’m making to support my body, my energy, and my overall well-being as I reset!

This episode is a reminder that life will teach us lessons more than once.. and sometimes the hard way. But it’s always for our best, even when it doesn’t feel like it.
