016 - Mitch Haniger - First Round Draft Pick, MLB All-Star and Current Seattle Mariners Outfielder
Manage episode 469412885 series 1471783
Welcome to this week's episode with Mitch Haniger. The 2018 MLB All-Star and veteran outfielder for the Seattle Mariners is an intellectual giant. We have had a few years since our last podcast together, but the time only curated into more depth for the two of us to explore. Over the last few years, Mitch has become a close friend and is featured in my latest book, “Without Words”.
Spending the 2023 summer together in San Francisco, we were able to dive deep into topics surrounding human performance, psychology, and philosophy. This passion we shared built a beautiful friendship but also pushed us to grow our thinking.
I always find myself grateful to share space with Mitch and it is an honor to bring this episode to all of you. Enjoy our discussion about life and the structures that interconnect us within the cosmos.
