In this episode, I am speaking with Carly Ottaway. Carly is the author of COMING HOME, creator of The Mirror Effect, and founder of the award-winning boutique marketing agency Web of Words. She’s currently celebrating 10 years in business and the release of her debut book.

Through her work and writing, Carly leads by going first; she shows up in vulnerability and truth to give others permission to do the same. Carly believes that when we share our stories and step into our favourite versions of self, we unlock a ripple effect of courage, connection, and possibility that can’t be stopped.

After losing her home in a fire in the midst of the pandemic, while leading a multi-six-figure business and raising two young kids, Carly learned firsthand what it takes to do the hard inner work and turn the breakdown into the becoming.
