Okay, you’ve probably heard me say before that I don’t recommend getting blood work for your hormones because the results are often inaccurate, misleading, and honestly just a waste of your time, LOL. However, there are three nutrients I do want you to test via blood work. These three are extremely important for ovulation, egg quality, implantation, men’s and women’s fertility, and overall a healthy pregnancy.
