Mitch Calvert grew up hiding in hoodies, skipping photos, and battling weight his entire childhood. He tried it all — fat burners, low-carb diets, hours of cardio — only to keep regaining the same 20 pounds over and over.

Then in his 20s, a near-death experience with a bowel obstruction (after yet another extreme diet) forced him to finally face the truth:

Fads weren’t the answer. Sustainability was.

That rock-bottom moment became the start of a new life — and a new mission.

Mitch lost 60 pounds, kept it off for over 20 years, and now helps busy parents do the same — without giving up fries, fun, or real life.

He’s the creator of the Big 5 Framework — a simple, no-fad system to help you lose fat and feel 20 years younger… even if you’ve “tried everything.”

Inside this episode:

Why most diets are designed to fail — and what actually works long-term

The health scare that changed everything

How he went from insecure and overweight to confident and consistent

Why simplicity beats sexy when it comes to sustainable fat loss

A behind-the-scenes look at the Big 5 Framework Mitch uses with his 1,500+ clients

If you’re over 40, sick of starting over, and ready to feel strong, confident, and in control again — this one’s for you.
