Hey beautiful souls, welcome back to What the F – From Infertility Exhaustion to Peace. I’m Tina, and in this episode, we’re talking about a fear that so many women feel but rarely admit: the fear that you might never become a mum.

I'll talk about why this fear is so heavy, how the emotional weight of infertility can linger, and practical ways to process it without losing yourself. I’ll share how NLP and the mind-body connection can help you shift your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and help you find some calm and control.

And I talk you through a guided visualisation, affirmations, and journal prompts to help you release your thoughts down onto paper, show some self kindness and compassion and explore how you can gently shift your thoughts and behaviour, no matter the outcome.
