We all know the detrimental effects anxiety can have on us; it can affect our mental health, wellbeing, creativity, and performance.
With so much written about it and more people being aware of it, why is the mental health pandemic only increasing? And why are more and more people suffering from anxiety-related issues?
It's one thing knowing we suffer from anxiety or say we are an anxious person, and it's something else to understand WHY we suffer on a deeper level and more empowering, how you can live a life with less anxiety and more inner peace and calm.
