No ulterior motive, no sarcasm, no “I’m just saying sorry because that’s what you want to hear”. A real apology and an intention to make things right. Why is this your action plan for the week? Because, at the end of the day, we are all leaders - leaders in our family, our community, our job, a team…leaders of our own destiny.
