The key to inner and outer transformation isn't more manifestation techniques or positive thinking. It's coherence. In this episode, I unpack what full coherence of your mind, body, and soul across seven essential layers is, and why it matters for your healing and reality shifts. I also share how embodying coherence has radically transformed my life, from shifting timelines more than 25 times in just three months to healing severe trauma in only six weeks. Unlike surface-level practices like affirmations or meditation alone, true coherence is about creating resonance throughout your entire being, so you can break free from outdated patterns and live as your highest self now.
Most people only experience partial coherence, which is why they're stuck despite years of inner work. They might have spent years in therapy, but still carry decades of unprocessed emotions. They might understand their highest self intellectually, but continue making decisions as their wounded self. This fragmentation creates the inner conflict you experience as struggle, self-sabotage, and limitation.
