When we are struggling with our fitness routine and can never seem to reach our goals, we often think that we are doing something wrong. Maybe we are. Maybe it IS our fault. But there is also a way that we can redefine our perception of what fitness actually is. When we can take a harder look at why we are “failing”, we can begin to see what is missing. Then, we can begin to build a routine that helps support our goals so we can finally start seeing results.
