In today’s short form podcast we are talking about how the majority of people who train consistently have a results based outcome mentality versus a process based outcome mentality! We are advocates for a balance of both. In today’s world and on this platform especially we are glorified for setting PRs (personal records) which is awesome but can sometimes lead to constant disappointment. We advocated to our members that all outcomes of training are neither good or bad but it can all be information. Especially as your “training age” continues to grow!

EX: you don’t set a PR on your next max back squat attempt, instead of chalking it up as a failure or disappointment think about all the different factors for why you weren’t able to PR. Then use those tools to help to improve your next attempt.
