Over this past weekend we got to attend the National NSCA Conference where we got to sit down and interview Taylor Dinyer a PhD Student at the University of Kentucky getting her degree in Exercise Physiology. Taylor has also been a long time member of The Process from the beginning with our Compete programming for her own fitness! We know this podcast was a long one but definitely is worth the full listen. We talk about her background and how she got into researching different aspects of fitness, what really goes into research, her 3 studies that she's conducted thus far, what the current process to research really looks like, and wrap up answering some of your submitted questions from Instagram and Facebook!

Give this one a listen and let us know your thoughts, what we should add, and who else we should have on the podcast!
