When you are looking to build new habits or incorporate new habits into your routine, the primary challenge is sticking to the new habits. If you have been struggling with this, what you might be missing in your strategy is habit stacking.

With habit stacking, you take existing habits in your routine, and simply add to them. This creates a stack or chain of habits that you do one after another. The existing habit becomes a “cue” or a trigger reminding you that you need to do the next habit next. It works great!

Today I am talking about habit stacking and how it can be helpful in your health and business/career life.
