Anxiety affects many people and can generate emotional worry, uncertainty of thoughts and sometimes lead to a full body physical response. When we get anxious, the amygdala part (our reptile like survival mode) of our brain turns ON and the prefrontal cortex (our human thinking straight mode) turns OFF.
