Hi – we're Nicky and Carrie, 2 ADHD coaches figuring it out together...

In ep. 20, we dive into the issue of trying to keep all our sh*t together whilst still having enough bandwidth for our loved ones....

• The power of a pen!

• Our 'capacity barrel'

• Cheap post-it notes under the fridge

• Being the 'brusher', 'telephone operator' or 'emotional breadwinner’

• Does the old lady actually want to cross the road?

• Being present… in some cases, literally!

• What could I possibly let go of??

• Passing it back!

• “Let them...." (with thanks to Mel Robbins)

• Utilising visual & auditory cues

• The impact of A Challenge – and/or a cocktail!

If you enjoy our podcast, PLEASE (please!) would you take a min to help us reach others by subscribing, rating the show, and/or leaving us a review - and telling all your friends : ) – it really does help us 'connect'!
