Brenda Juliet’s career is living proof that you don’t have to follow anyone else’s rulebook.

She started out as a music blogger for LinkUpTV, moved into the world of tech PR, and discovered a love for strategy and storytelling that ultimately inspired her to co-found MYBLAQBOOK — now one of the UK’s most respected music, entertainment, and culture PR agencies.

Along the way, Brenda launched Girls In Power, a platform dedicated to empowering women in creative industries, and earned recognition from PR Week, PRovoke Media, and more.

In this episode, Brenda opens up about:
🎤 How she carved her own lane in PR and music
🔥 The lessons she’s learned building MYBLAQBOOK
💡 Why representation and creating opportunities matter
🌍 And how she stays grounded while building something bigger than herself

Whether you’re dreaming of starting your own venture or just need that reminder that it is possible to build fearlessly — this conversation is packed with wisdom, inspiration, and practical gems.
