Blood sugar experiments don't always go according to plan, and this one definitely did not...
At first.

Or second, third, fourth, and so on.
But then something clicked...
Something magical...
Something... calculated.
In today's episode, I share about an ongoing blood sugar experiment that honestly, has had me terrified every time I ran it because of how dangerous it was.
But... and I don't want to give away the big surprise that I share in this episode... but, I figured it out and the experiment finally WORKED
If you've ever tried to experiment with blood sugars (or wanted to) and run into challenges or difficulty, I also walk through my exact process for experimenting with chaotic blood sugars - safely.
I think you'll like this one, enjoy.
