Jan-Pierre (J.P.) Cervantes - decorated Green Beret who, after 17 years of service, retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 from a Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha - is an entrepreneur who uses his military skills and leadership to help others succeed. He is the founder of Nous Defions Group (a business owned and operated by Special Operations veterans providing services to military, law enforcement agencies, and private industries) and consistently sought as a motivational speaker for PTSD/TBI awareness for veterans.

JP joins the show to talk about his experiences, how he's helped brothers and sisters struggling with operational stress injuries, the way to start conversations about traumatic experiences, stigmatisation, and work repercussions: they tell you there will be no punishment for seeking help... but that is a lie.
