We all know scrolling and screen time sucks our TIME away. But today I want to talk about what it does to our energy.

Real, meaningful, mindset shifts take a LOT of energy - remember your mind is a real, alive organ that needs care and recovery time, especially if you’re asking big things of it, like to change how it’s been thinking and operating for years. That’s a big ask and will require lots of energy to achieve.

Mindset shifts are totally possible but DUDE, they are taxing! But the great news is that with even small changes to screen habits, you can start to see really noticeable changes in your energy. And if you have big dreams for big change or achievements in 2026, then Energy. Is. Everything.
