Women have grown up in fear that there is only room for “one woman at the table” when it comes to opportunities for women to land high power/high paid positions. We have internalised patriarchal messages from a young age that women are not as strong, competent or capable as men.
To be accepted and seen as successful, accomplished and as competent of a leader as men, women mistreat, underestimate, judge, distance themselves from and EXCLUDE other women in order to increase their power and potential to ‘stand alongside men’.

Often, women feel the most unsafe around other women but I am on a mission to change that. In this episode I am sharing 8 ways that we as woman can reclaim our power back, eliminate female rivalry and encourage one another to rise.
