Hey, I’m LaToya. A single mom of 4, a highly sensitive introvert, and someone who spent years believing there was something wrong with me because I felt everything so deeply.
I thought I had to push through the hard days, stuff my emotions, and keep it together no matter what, even when I was falling apart inside.
But journaling changed everything. It helped me realize that I needed to embrace my sensitivity and learn how to manage and process my emotions in a healthy way if I wanted to stop overacting to things and feeling so overwhelmed.
