These imagined futures frequently mask as reality, causing them to outweigh genuine circumstances and logically favoring staying comfortable instead of moving forward. We discuss how hypotheticals are not true obstacles but a mechanism for protecting comfort and familiar patterns, even when nothing concrete blocks progress. To overcome this paralyzing thinking, one must focus on the question: Am I working with what's real, or am I working with a hypothetical?
