Kathryn Rickert had all the signs of success from the outside looking in: a successful career, a happy marriage, two beautiful kids, and yet she felt empty inside. This saw her sitting in a doctor's office in tears and asking for help which then led her to a path that opened the doors for a beautiful business to blossom. All she needed was to reconnect to herself and this is what she now helps her clients to do.
