Are you feeling overwhelmed and unbalanced but can’t quite put your finger on why?

Do your routines feel full and you feel busy, but your goals feel far away?

In this episode, we’re kicking off a brand new podcast year and diving straight into one of the biggest root causes of mom-life chaos: misaligned habits. I’ll walk you through a powerful 3-step framework to help you uncover the goals that may have gotten buried under exhaustion, overwhelm, or overcommitment and how to realign your daily habits so they actually support the woman you’re becoming.

Whether you're juggling nap schedules, school drop-offs, or business dreams, this episode is going to help you take one step toward clarity, rhythm, and progress.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to take a pause this week and ask: “Are my current habits pointing toward the goal I actually care about?” Because goals without habits are just wishes and we’re here to build habits that help us feel proud of our effort again.
