Hey Momma, Are your evenings constantly derailed by the “What’s for dinner?” question? Do you feel like you’re always behind on meal planning and it’s creating tension in your home?

In this episode, I’m diving into one of the biggest sources of daily overwhelm—meal planning—and showing you how to approach it through the lens of habit stacking. The truth is, it’s not just about having a meal plan… it’s about having the habits around food that support your plan. I’ll walk you through the three exact habit stacks I use every week to keep meals doable and stress low: the Meal Research Stack, the Meal Planning Stack, and the Grocery Stack. I’ll also share how missing these habits used to create tension in my home and how putting structure in place finally brought peace back to dinner time.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to choose one of these stacks and actually try it this week. You don’t need 20 recipes or a perfect Pinterest plan you just need a repeatable rhythm that fits your life.
