๐Ÿงฌ Using intravital imaging and macrophage fate mapping in mice (and validating in humans!), the authors reveal that CAMs are not replenished unless triggered by injury or CSF1. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Fascinatingly, local CSF1โ€“Fc therapy restored CAMs and rejuvenated perfusion in aged skin.
