I'm not proud to say it, but i'm an overthinker. In today's society, WHO ISN'T!?!?!
But that, right there, is a huge problem. If we all overthink, then how are we going to actually understand each other?!
In this episode, i talk about the dangers of overthinking SPECIALLY when it comes to relationships. Oh, i also talk about overthinking when it comes to family (ahem)
But honestly, this is just a glimpse at what it looks like for us overthinkers, and how dangerous it could be, and how we can actually deal with it!
