She completed her leadership coaching training at Georgetown University, holds a team coaching certification from Brown University, and is pursuing a Master’s at the University of Pennsylvania focused on coaching modalities for neurodivergent leaders.
Rita is the founder of IKSANA Consulting, a coaching and human capital solutions practice.
