Tim and Steve dive into what it really means to push through life’s tough moments — taking inspiration from the incredible life and legacy of boxing legend George Foreman.

We talk about resilience, personal growth, and that powerful idea of finding your "second wind" — that hidden reserve of strength you only discover when you’re tested. George’s journey from an intimidating knockout artist to a wise, enduring champion reminds us that real strength isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual too.

We also reflect on how easy it is to take things like our health, stability, and loved ones for granted. Life’s challenges — whether it’s illness, money troubles, or personal hardships — have a way of teaching us what really matters. And often, it’s in helping others that we find true purpose.

Plus, we celebrate Foreman not just for his boxing career, but for the humor, heart, and generosity he shared with the world. His story is a beautiful reminder that strength can be soft, and that giving back is one of the most powerful things we can do.

“In my first boxing career, I never ran more than three miles at a time during training. I didn't need much stamina, I always knocked opponents out in the early rounds. I knew it would be a different story the second time around.

My wife would drive me eight or ten miles, then drop me off so I could run home. I found out what athletes meant when they described getting their 'second wind.' I realized I had more willpower than I thought.

Once I got past the initial pain, I felt I could run forever, that’s how a lot of things are in life. You might be in a situation that's uncomfortable or even painful at first, but once you push past the pain, you find your second wind - and then nothing can stop you.” — George Foreman
