If you measure the wrong thing, you will do the wrong thing.

In the 90s, Gordon Bethune saved Continental airlines from bankruptcy with this principle.

The airline was tanking and they put all their effort in the goal to increase profitability.
In order to do that, the airline was focused on measuring the cost of different operations in order to cut down.

When Bethune took over, he changed the metrics to measure from cost of operations, to metrics related to customer satisfaction such as number of luggage lost, number of complaints and on-time arrival.

With this shift, Bethune brought continental from the brink of bankruptcy to being the top leading airline.

From worst to first, simply by looking at the right metrics.

Same goal, different metrics, opposite outcomes.

What if your ability to turn your health around depended simply on shifting what you're tracking?

Today, I am giving you the 3 metrics that predict your longevity: how long and how well you live, 3 key performance indicators for your health that YOU and ANYONE can measure, without a prescription.

Three numbers to track over 40 to focus on the right things to burn fat, target belly fat and build muscle.
Three key number that will help you live longer and get more out of life.

Not only can you measure these 3 numbers that truly matter for your health without a prescription and at low cost, but you can also improve everyone of them with simple habits.

Getting these 3 KPIs will revolutionize the way you approach your weight loss in your 40s and yield the best return on your time.

Forget weight loss. Your body weight does not tell you anything about how you are doing. Instead, start using these 3 KPIs on your dashboard for momentum in your body transformation.
My longevity dashboard includes these 3 must-know numbers:
KPI #1 – Fitness level measured by VO2 max
KPI #2 - Body composition: muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat (belly fat)
KPI #3 – Muscle strength

Listen to the episode to find out how tracking these 3 numbers will not only produce better results for your body transformation, but also make it a lot more exciting than weight loss.
