FRIDAY

Tim powers through his second day of quarantine in his hotel room but did get to squeeze his 15 minute walk in. Gendle "ruled the day out" due to his worst day of suffering with covid.

SATURDAY

Tim does 14 minutes of exercise and then has to deal with the fallout on his body, he also learns something about himself and movies. Gendle makes disappointing eggy bread.

SUNDAY

Tim gets released and hits up the International broadcast centre he aslo has 2 dinners. Gendle gets back on the crossword vibe and enjoys the British Grand Prix.
