The average person doesn’t exercise consistently.
The average person doesn’t eat enough fruit and veg.
The average person eats too much processed food.
The average person drinks too much.
The average person doesn’t sleep enough.
The average person is unhappy, overweight, tired, unhealthy.

You don't have to accept this, it's not "just what happens" when you turn 40.
