Today I thought about the question, am I the tool, or is this digital device the tool? Brian coach Jim Kwik shares the concept of digital distraction, in his book Limitless, which is pretty self-explanatory by the name. One way to utilize a digital device as a more beneficial distraction is to take a couple of deep breaths every time a notification ding goes off (works with smartwatches as well).
