Introduction
We’re kicking off Season 6 with a brilliant conversation between Martin and long-time friend and collaborator, Colin Hiles.

Between them, then have spent decades helping leaders and organisations navigate change—but let’s be honest—change is still hard. And we all know the statistic..despite best efforts and well laid out plans… 70% of change initiatives fail to deliver lasting impact.

…and it’s not because people don’t care or aren’t trying hard enough. The truth is, most change efforts fall apart because they’re built on hope, not on systems. We don’t rise to the level of our goals—we fall to the level of our systems. That’s a quote from James Clear that really nails it.

Today we will be discussing The New Science of Change and the Bullseye Approach—a practical, proven framework that flips the way most organisations think about behaviour change.
It’s about moving from big, abstract ambitions to small, high-impact actions—changing what people do in the moments that matter most. And when you get that right—change becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
So whether you’re leading a team, shaping culture, or driving transformation at scale, this episode is for you.
