Cynthia recounts the difficult decision to give up cross fit, her extreme discomfort in gaining weight, fertility treatments, finally becoming pregnant, giving birth and ultimately getting her period back. Along the way she took every opportunity to learn about meditation, rest, and intuitive eating.
